1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Purely Nourished Life.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://purelynourishedlife.org, including information, resources, and services offered through the website.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Additional terms, informed consent documents, intake forms, or service agreements may apply when you book or receive a particular service. Where applicable, those documents supplement these Terms.

2. About Purely Nourished Life

Purely Nourished Life provides wellness education and consulting services that may include:

  • Nutrition and general wellness consultation.

  • Sound therapy and sound-based relaxation experiences.

  • Fitness consulting and exercise planning.

  • Educational information related to healthy lifestyle practices.

Services are intended to support general well-being and informed lifestyle choices. The specific services available, their format, and their scope will be described in the applicable service listing or agreement.

3. Educational Information and Professional Scope

Information on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for individualized medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Professional credentials and training are described for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as implying a medical license, a regulated clinical qualification, or authorization to provide services beyond the provider's lawful scope of practice.

Purely Nourished Life will describe its qualifications and services as accurately as possible. Clients are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals when their circumstances require medical or other regulated care.

4. Nutrition Consultation Disclaimer

Nutrition consultations are intended to provide nutrition education, general wellness guidance, and individualized recommendations within the provider's applicable professional scope.

Nutrition needs vary according to factors such as age, health history, medications, dietary pattern, activity level, and individual circumstances. General nutrition information on this website may not be appropriate for every person.

Unless expressly agreed and lawfully provided within the applicable scope of practice, nutrition services do not include medical diagnosis, treatment of disease, or the management of medical conditions requiring licensed clinical care.

If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, have significant nutritional deficiencies, are pregnant, or have other circumstances requiring clinical oversight, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

For children and other minors, a parent or legal guardian may be required to participate in consultations and provide consent. Specialized pediatric nutritional needs may require coordination with the child's healthcare team.

No particular health outcome, weight change, or improvement in a medical condition is guaranteed.

5. Sound Therapy and Sound-Based Relaxation Disclaimer

Sound sessions may incorporate crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, weighted tuning forks, drums, chanting, or other sound-producing instruments, depending on availability and the session offered.

These sessions are intended to support relaxation, mindful awareness, and personal wellness. Experiences and responses to sound vary from person to person.

Sound therapy is not represented as a treatment for disease or a substitute for medical or mental healthcare. We do not guarantee that sound sessions will reduce symptoms, correct nervous system dysfunction, alter vagal activity, improve a specific physiological measurement, or produce a particular therapeutic result.

If you have a sound sensitivity, tinnitus, migraine triggers, a history of sound-related discomfort, or another relevant concern, please communicate this before your session. You may request adjustments to volume, instrument placement, or session activities, or stop a session at any time.

If you experience concerning or worsening symptoms, seek appropriate medical advice rather than relying on a sound session.

Sound Therapy Safety Disclaimer

Important Safety Information

Sound therapy sessions may not be appropriate for everyone. For your safety, please disclose any relevant medical conditions, implanted medical devices, or other health considerations before booking a session.

Individuals with pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), neurostimulators, cochlear implants, or other implanted electronic medical devices must obtain clearance from their treating healthcare professional and device specialist before participating. Depending on the device and the proposed session, sound therapy may be unsuitable.

Please also disclose any surgically implanted metal, orthopedic hardware, joint replacements, plates, screws, pins, or other implants. These are not automatic contraindications in every case, but certain instruments, direct contact, or applied vibration may be inappropriate depending on the location and nature of the implant. Medical guidance may be required before participation.

Sound therapy is a complementary relaxation practice and is not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment. Purely Nourished Life reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a session when safety concerns arise.

By booking a session, you agree to disclose relevant health and safety information and to consult an appropriate healthcare professional when advised.

6. Fitness Consulting and Exercise Disclaimer

Fitness consultations and exercise-planning services are intended to provide general fitness education and guidance within the provider's qualifications and scope.

Exercise involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strains, falls, and other injuries. The level of risk depends on the individual, the activities performed, and relevant health or physical limitations.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about relevant health concerns, injuries, limitations, and changes in your physical condition.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or significantly changing an exercise program if you have a medical condition, significant injury, unexplained symptoms, or concerns about your ability to exercise safely.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience concerning symptoms, such as chest pain, faintness, or unusual or severe shortness of breath.

Exercise plans are not a substitute for physical therapy, rehabilitation, medical treatment, or individualized clearance from a healthcare professional when needed.

No particular fitness outcome, performance improvement, or physical change is guaranteed.

Fitness & Physical Activity Disclaimer

Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness consultations, exercise planning, physical training, movement instruction, and other physical activity services offered by Purely Nourished Life is entirely voluntary. By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you do so of your own free will and accept responsibility for your participation and personal well-being.

Physical exercise and fitness activities carry inherent risks, including, but not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, aggravation of existing medical conditions, and other injuries that may occur during or following physical activity. These risks may exist regardless of fitness level, experience, or precautions taken.

You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and determining whether an activity is appropriate for you. You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program if you have an existing medical condition, injury, physical limitation, or other health concern that may affect your ability to participate safely. You agree to stop any activity that causes unusual pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

Purely Nourished Life provides fitness education, exercise guidance, and wellness support. These services are not a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise recommendations are educational in nature and must be adapted to your individual abilities, circumstances, and health status.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with participation in fitness and physical activity services. Purely Nourished Life shall not be responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By booking or participating in fitness services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this disclaimer.

By purchasing or booking a service through Purely Nourished Life, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these payment and refund terms.

9. Minors and Consent

Services involving minors may require a parent or legal guardian to provide consent, participate in the consultation, or remain present, depending on the service and the minor's circumstances.

A parent or legal guardian must provide accurate information relevant to the minor's participation and must not use a service as a substitute for appropriate pediatric medical care.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service when adequate consent, necessary information, or appropriate professional support is not available.
